If i have been choked but not hospitalized and have police reports and all and active restraining order and the person keeps harassing me such as turning off fuses to housing heaters and etc. and the homeowner who employs him keeps him because of a contract they had together… what can i do civilly to make them understand they cant do that kind of stuff ,, People have told me i should move but right now that’s not an option.. money wise.. anyhow i am wondering if you were in my shoes and you wanted to sue them both,, how would you word the lawsuit and what might you ask for … ( can you tell i have never done this..) thanks for all the input…I live in the pierce county area of the state of Washington
