What attorneys should I seek out for my withheld paycheck?

My boss has withheld my paycheck from me, has not given me any statements, and has not sent me my W-2 yet. What type of attorney should I contact?

I shouldn’t have to say this, but sadly I know I will have to: If you can’t answer my question, don’t say anything. Don’t come here to insult me, or make wise-ass remarks.

   Contact your state’s Labor Board. Let them handle it.

   Look in you phone book for labor law attorneys and give one of them a call. They will give you a free consultation on this and be better able to advise you on what you should do
